There is value in having both a vision and in understanding. Happy to throw wild ass ideas out if others can help keep me grounded. I promise you I am interested in learning! But not so into the word “no” 🙂 much more interested in the “how” until the how runs out. To use a basketball reference, if we can attack the “third side” of the defense with some ball movement maybe we can find a creative solution.

I grew up in a lower-middle class neighborhood. I had a great concrete driveway for basketball so I convinced daddio to install a goal. It was a hit in the neighborhood, and so the legend story began (lol). We used to play a game we titled "bask-foot." It was basketball, but no teams, everyone for themselves, and tackling was required. Pretty rough on concrete. Turns out, it made a heavy influence on how I learned the game and back then, basketball was truly a contact sport. For my size, I dominated the glass. Charles Barkley was my idol and I always felt like I took aggression to a level past "Chab."

Dang man. So do you also throw your weight around when problem solving? I often find that people complicate the process because they fear contact.
